It has been few days since the last time I went to gym. kinda malas giler tied up with a helluva pile of works. btw, I read somewhere long time ago that if we are too lazy to work out, just imagine that we are working-out: i.e while working, watching telly, studying, sleeping?? and they said it does burn some calories just by imagining! (btw, does this make any sense???!!)..anyhow, if this theory applies, I bet that almost everyone would just sit in front of telly, eating junk food and at the same time imagining that they are swimming or doing marathon? I wish this theory does apply as almost everyday I pass by the klcc park with food to my ears (ipod), enjoying the view of those im-jogging-with-my-RM999-Nike-shoe-please-look-at-me, those i-want-to-lose-my-baby-fats-and-can-wear-the-babyphat-top, and also those aku-nak-jalan2-usha-orang-je-dow, and by looking at them, I'm practically jogging too..or perhaps I should join these aunties for the taichi club? ;p
